IGOR MUCALO CONDUCTED AN EDUCATION ON COMPETITION LAW AT ERSTE BANK AD PODGORICA
Our Igor Mucalo conducted an education on competition law for employees and board members of Erste Bank Ad Podgorica on June 11th and 12th in Podgorica.
Some of the topics he covered, along with his colleagues from Montenegro, Tamara Dabović and Bojana Nikčević, included concept, indicators and permitted framework for the business of dominant undertakings, rules which apply to agreements between undertakings and the procedure before the Agency for Protection of Competition.
