IGOR MUCALO HELD A “COMPETITION LAW” EDUCATION FOR VOLI TRADE
Our Igor Mucalo, together with Bojana Nikčević and Tamara Dabović, colleagues from the Law Office Jovović, Mugoša & Vuković, conducted an education on competition law for the employees of Voli Trade.
The education was held on February 5, 2026, in Podgorica and included discussions on:
- fundamental concepts of competition law
- abuse of dominant position
- prohibited agreements (horizontal and vertical)
- proceedings before the Agency for Protection of Competition and unannounced inspections (dawn raids)
- the concrete impact of these rules on the business operations of Voli Trade, illustrated through a series of practical examples.
