IGOR MUCALO ONE OF THE PANELISTS AT THE ”5TH CONFERENCE ON LAW AND COMPETITION POLICY IN MEMORIAM OF VEDRAN ŠOLJAN, PH.D.: IMPLEMENTING PRIORITIES AND NEW CHALLENGES”
Igor Mucalo was one of the panelists at the ”5th Conference on Law and Competition Policy in Memoriam of Vedran Šoljan, Ph.D.: Implementing Priorities and New Challenges”, which took place at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb, on 10 May 2018.
Igor took part in the panel titled “Role of Courts in Supervision of the Competition Authorities Decisions – Experiences and Prospects” where he shared his views on some landmark antitrust cases of the High Administrative Court and the idea to further specialize judges who would handle such cases.
