IGOR MUCALO SPOKE ON THE WEBINAR “JUDICIAL REVIEW OF COMPETITION CASES: THE CEE AND SEE COUNTRIES PERSPECTIVES”
The webinar “JUDICIAL REVIEW OF COMPETITION CASES: THE CEE AND SEE COUNTRIES PERSPECTIVES” organized by the three regional chapters of ASCOLA was held on 14th June 2023.
The webinar focused on the judicial review of public enforcement competition cases (both EU and domestic) in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Lithuania, Slovenia and Poland. It reflected empirical studies undertaken by the national rapporteurs covering all national judgments reviewing the application of Articles 101 and 102 TFEU (and domestic equivalents) during the 2004-2021 period.
Our Igor Mucalo participated as a panellist in the panel on the judicial review in practice, alongside Professor Jurgita Malinauskaite, Brunel University London, UK; Vytautas Magnus University, Lithuania, Professor Dawid Miąsik, judge of the Polish Supreme Court, Rita Paukštė, Associate Partner at TGS Baltic, and Elo Tamm, Partner at Cobalt.
